Despite some record stores filing this under various artists, this is not a compilation but a Mushroom release with help and input from various friends and family.

Recorded at various times and places, these are new recordings by Mushroom featuring remixes by Bundy K. Brown of Tortoise & Gastr del Sol, Hans Joachim Irmler of Krautrock legends Faust, Quintus Kannegiesser from the Offenbach Sound Foundation, and Gary Floyd of Sister Double Happiness singing the Les McCann/Eddie Harris title cut.

interesting to note, that despite hundreds of hours of Mushroom shows being recorded for a possible and eventual live release during the past 4 years, this is the first officially released live material.
